Jamie Oliver’s Haggis Recipe: Haggis is an ancient and traditional Scottish dish made from savory meat & veggie pudding containing sheep heart, liver and lungs minced with onion, oatmeal (optional), suet, spices, and salt, stock, and traditionally encased in the animal’s stomach. Modern commercial haggis is prepared in a sausage casing rather than an actual stomach.
